Custom Bob Marley Teas & Coffee Display a hit at NACS Show in Chicago

Southfield, MI – Viva Beverages of Southfield, MI recently asked Innovative Media to help them create a custom display for their Bob Marley Iced Teas and Coffees product line. The goal was to create a 12’(w) x 14’(w) x 4’(d) custom traveling fabric display, that can break down and fit into a trade show shipping case. Innovative Media designed and manufactured a light weight aluminum shell, using AMR (Artist Mural Replaceable) framing on the front and back side, and side panels that use Velcro to adhere the graphics securely to the frame. The inside of the display is used for storing products brought to the trade shows.

The first use of the display was at the NACS Show(Association for Convenience and Fuel Retailing) at the McCormack Center in Chicago, IL. The display was well received and increased foot traffic to the booth over the previous year. The booth is scheduled for multiple shows this year.

Two New York agencies representing these companies contracted with Innovative Media for these projects because they know that IM is the best for this type of work. This project utilized IM’s Vutek 3360 printer and 3M short term vinyl to achieve the correct quality/longevity balance.

Collaborating with People Deals to wrap a full smart Car, Innovative Media worked with People Deals over the course of the past month to create a custom, full wrap, just as appealing and invigorating on the road as the company is to social media. Featuring a gradient fade from front to back, the wrap also showcases a perforated vinyl rear window and multiple references to the company’s website and Facebook page. Innovative Media and Jake’s Automotive have teamed up once again to create a custom wrap for the Jake’s Automotive-sponsored junior drag car (see: 1965 Plymouth Gets a Modern Wrap Design.) The vehicle, inspired by professional funny car driver and NAPA-sponsored Ron Capps, features flames, the official NAPA logo, the words “Auto Parts” as text, as well as additional graphic designs, including the junior driver’s name, Mia. Furthermore, the graphics were designed and completed in the official NAPA colors, further-enhancing the graphics’ impact and its ability to stand out from the crowd as a professional car duplicate; and it does. Innovative Media utilized all-weather, high-speed tested cut’n'stick logos to achieve the wrap for the Jake’s Automotive vehicle in the NHRA Jr. Dragster Program. Innovative Media would like to thank Jake’s Automotive for, again, coming to us on the project, and wish Mia all the best in this summer’s circuit (Ron Capps may have competition sooner than later)! smart Center – Milwaukee, WI: As the summer months have made their entrance, albeit with roller coaster-like weather, so have some of America’s classic summer events. The quintessential American summer event, however, is the road trip. The quintessential road trip vehicle? The station wagon. While the popularity of station wagons has unquestionably died down, their bravado and place in history (even road trip history) has not. As such, Innovative Media was thrilled at the thought of a “woody” wrap for a smart car when approached by a customer through smart Center Milwaukee. Creatively working with the customer and smart management, Innovative Media custom-tailored this smart car wrap (3M vinyl) utilizing a hand-picked wood grain finish and covering the vehicle’s doors to create a fantastic fusion of modern technology (the smart car) and a classic, vintage style (the “woody”). The team at Innovative Media had a wonderful experience in creating the wrap, as well as working with smart Center Milwaukee and its customer. If taken on a road trip, we certainly hope the customer and their family arrive at Wally World more smoothly than the Griswolds.

Much like car racing itself, the 1965 Plymouth Belvedere is a time-tested classic, which is precisely why Innovative Media Principal and race enthusiast Rick Jacob has made this his vehicle of choice when racing. While you may not see Rick at the Daytona or Indianapolis 500 any time soon, you MAY see him racing his vintage ride at local drag races (Nostalgia Super Stock drag racing). As the original vehicle is a standard white, Rick wanted to transform the vehicle into something that screams (and trust us, it does), with a more modern wrap design that leaves no second guessing as to its use.

Black Floral – smart Center Albuquerque
Another featured wrap from smart USA’s “smart Expressions” program, the Black Floral is one of the darker, yet more intricate designs of the bunch. Think: Batman meets a flower bouquet. Innovative Media and smart USA brought one customer’s dream of fusing Gotham City with beauty to life with this wrap in Albuquerque, NM. Subtle? No. Gritty, yet elegant? Yes.
